The United States is among the world’s most vast and varied nations and many of its sites really must be seen to be believed. From awe-inspiring areas of natural beauty like the Grand Canyon or the Great Lakes region, to centres of extravagance and adventure like Las Vegas and Florida. As well as all that of course there is so much more, including some of the finest beaches in the hemisphere and cities that never sleep.
For families from across the pond, it can be difficult to figure out where in America might offer the best chance of a fantastically exciting and memorable holiday. The good news for us Brits though is that there are always plenty of package holidays to USA available and tailor-made to give tourists just what they want from their next American adventure.
Florida is a reliably popular destination for tourists from the UK, particularly those with young families, and it isn’t difficult to understand why. The Sunshine State offers everything that a beach holiday in southern Europe might deliver in terms of great food, incredible weather, beautiful beaches and a friendly welcome but it also has the most dazzling array of purpose-built attractions to be found anywhere on earth. The theme parks in various parts of the state are quite simply stupendous, while Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World and Universal Studios offer experiences that visitors young and old are never likely to forget.
There are package holidays to suit almost every budget available online right now and a simple search should turn up a good number of very viable options on trips to all parts of the US. And if you have a trans-Atlantic getaway in mind but the US doesn’t appeal then it is well worth taking a look at this year’s cheap package holidays in Cancun. The Mexican resort is perhaps the best place in Central America to hang out, relax, have fun and top up your suntan.
